Camshaft Kolsch

Light in color with malty character. Slightly dry, crisp finish. A great place to start. ABV: 5.7%

Split Decision Coffee Kolsch

When you only have one mug- coffee or beer? How ‘bout both. We fermented our classic kolsch with some arabica for a mellow coffee or a high-octane beer. Whatever you call it, it makes for a great day. ABV: 5.7%

Haas Local Wheat

Featuring locally sourced wheat from the Haas family, this beer is light-bodied and its aromatic yeast yields a light, often fruity character and inherent cloudiness. Haas is an entire series of wheat beers including American, German, Belgian, and Bavarian styles- ask your beertender which one is on tap. ABV: 6.3%

Red Rooster Imperial Red Ale

Well-balanced hop and malt character, it is a high-octane beer that is surprisingly easy to drink. Solid, approachable red. ABV: 9.3%

Redneck Mother Citrus IPA

Not overly hoppy, this IPA features Centennial and Citra hops that gives it a fruity character. A really good IPA in this super popular citrus style. ABV: 6.9%

Redneck Stepmother Citrus IPA

Just like its predecessor, except this time it features Citra, Galaxy and Amarillo hops to give it a complex and fruity hop character. ABV: 6.9%

Loose Lips Sink Ships Vanilla Coconut Porter

Robust malt flavor harmonizes with hops, notes of cocoa and caramel. Malty with flavors of vanilla, tobacco and coconut. ABV: 7.2%

Cherry Poppins Montmorency Cherry Sour Ale

Our popular kettle sour is back! Fermented and conditioned on fresh Montmorency cherries from Michigan, it's perfectly tart, has a crisp mouthfeel and plenty of pie cherry flavor- truly delightful! ABV: 6.5%

Shotgun Willie Nelson Sauvin Hazy Double IPA

This one is a treat! Dry-hopped with copious amounts of Nelson Sauvin hops, giving it tons of tropical fruit flavor, with a creamy mouthfeel. Haze abounds in this big beer. ABV: 9.3%

Canada Wet Double Brown (Cask Conditioned on Canadian Maple Syrup)

A malt bomb for your mouth, this brown ale is cask-conditioned on real Canadian maple syrup. It's caramely, mapley, and very delicious! ABV: 9.8%

Rantallion Red IPA

Floral, fruity and piney- a super aromatic brew. All about hop flavor with this one- by far the most popular craft beer style in the US. We think ours is pretty good, too. ABV: 7.7%

My Soviet Friend Imperial Stout

Strongest in alcohol and body. Rich, malty flavor and aroma complimented by just enough hop character. Strong cocoa and coffee flavors. A serious beer for serious beer drinkers. ABV: 13.2%

You Can't Get There from Here NEIPA

Hazy IPA packed with flavor-fruity character imparted by the hops, yet the finish is creamy with little to no bitterness. One of our favorites! ABV: 6.2%

A Particular Set of Skills Pale Ale

A golden amber color, medium body and slight fruitiness from the hops, this pale ale has an aromatic finish that showcases the inherent hop character. Give it a shot- it's pretty tasty. ABV: 5.4%

Afternoon Delight Strawberry Blonde

This is our easy drinker! Blondes are known for not having a dominating character- neither overly malty nor hoppy- it is pleasing in aroma, body and flavor. Ours is taken up a notch by an infusion of fresh strawberries that aren't overpowering but give you the essence of a strawberry warmed by the sun dropped right in. ABV: 5.7%

M'Lady Earl Grey Saison

Complex flavors come from the yeast in this Belgian-style ale. Fruity and flavorful from the Earl Grey tea infusion, this is one to remember. ABV: 6.1%

My Sister's Side Hustle Belgian Wit

This beer features our favorite local unmalted wheat and gets some delicious esters from the yeast as well as an infusion of bitter orange peel. ABV: 7.1%

Meringue-A-Tang Lemon Meringue Pie IPA

A "twist" on a familiar IPA- this lemony delicious beer has over 20 pies smashed right in, balancing the hop bitterness with a sweet lemon treat! ABV: 7.1%

Bramblebunny Blackberry Sage Rye IPA

This one has a lot goin' on! Tangy and fruity from the blackberries and rye mash, and earthy from the sage with the traditional aroma and finish of the ever-popular IPA. A true delight for the senses, but not for the faint of heart! ABV: 6.8%

Fireside Chat Imperial Red Ale

This Imperial Red Winter Ale has a well-balanced hop and malt character. A solid, caramely beer in the American Imperial Red- style. ABV: 10.6%

Liquid Lunchbox Peanut Butter & Jelly Stout

Sounds a bit crazy, but boy, oh boy is it a goodie! Full-bodied, roasty stout fermented with Virginia peanuts and Concord grapes for that nostalgic flavor in a big beer! ABV: 8.7%

Breakfast of Champions Coffee Maple Bacon Stout

Our super-popular stout recipe fermented with espresso, maple syrup and bacon for a big beer full of flavor, good enough to have for breakfast (or anytime!) ABV: 12.2%

Black Hole Sun Burnt Sugar Caramel Stout

Robust and slightly sweet, with flavors of creme brulee, this is a delightfully easy-to-drink stout. Well-balanced and tasty, this is one of the most popular beers we have ever had on tap! ABV: 9.0%

Hip Hop Anonymous Juicy & Hazy IPA

We hopped this one with Mosaic, Pacific Gem, Citra, and Amarillo at over 7 lbs. per barrel- it is citrusy and juicy with a great mouthfeel and just enough hop bitterness. ABV: 8.2%

Take 2 and Call Me in the Mornin' Caramel Apple Blonde

The same "basic blonde" recipe, but this one is fermented with tart Granny Smith apples and caramel-ly deliciousness. It is much like those caramel apple suckers of your childhood- just in beer form! ABV: 5.7%

You're Killin' Me Smalls! S'more Porter

A perfect summertime porter fermented with dozens of pounds of toasted marshmallows and cocoa nibs, with a malty profile reminiscent of graham crackers. Complex and not too sweet. ABV: 8.2%

Jolly Farmer Watermelon Wheat

We took our famous local wheat beer and fermented it with fresh summer watermelon puree for a lightly fruity summer beer. So easy to drink, we bet you can't just have one! ABV: 6.9%

Wish You Were Here Pina Colada Wheat

Another iteration of our favorite local wheat beer, fermented with real pineapple juice and coconut extract for that beachy beer you have been dreaming about. The aroma and flavor transports you right to the beach! ABV: 6.9%

Haulin' Oates Oatmeal Cookie Dunkel

Bready malt character but also roasty and chocolatey while still being well-balanced. Brewed with classic oatmeal cookies just like Grandma used to make!

Funk Soul Brotha Funky Farmhouse Pale Ale

A funky Belgian hybrid brainchild- mixing the estery flavors of a Belgian Farmhouse with the finish of a pale ale. Dry-hopped with Pacific Gem, it's a fantastically funky beer. ABV: 7.1 %

Cecelia Amber Ale

A tawny, coppery ale with lots of caramel flavor and less hop bitterness. Delightfully malty, this is a great easy-drinker. ABV: 5.7%

Cactus Wrestler Prickly Pear Hefeweizen

The indescribable flavor of the fruit from a prickly pear cactus is joined with our always-popular wheat beer. This one is a refreshing treat for sure! ABV: 5.7%

The Fuzz Lightly Peached Tripel

Triple the amount of malts go into this Trappist-style beer, so its a little boozy, a little spicy, and a little peachy. A sort-of-sweet finish from the pale malts and higher alcohol, this is an approachable beer for almost all palates. ABV: 9.1%

Volksgeist German Hefeweizen

This hefe has all the characteristic esters of banana, clove, and spiciness while being mellow and easy-to-drink. Very little bitterness and a clean finish. ABV: 7.0%

Hop Tropic Pale Ale with Guava

A deliciously tropical fruit pale ale. Brewed with Simcoe, Cashmere, and Eukanot hops, they impart tasty fruit flavors like passionfruit, melon, citrus, papaya and even green pepper. Conditioned on real guava, it's tropically delicious! ABV: 6.9%

Peach Dandy Bellini Blonde

Our light and crisp blonde recipe taken up a notch with added pureed peaches, it rings true for the tasty brunch treat! ABV: 5.7%

Boost Juice Milkshake NEIPA

This hazy IPA abounds with flavor from a double dry-hopping of Amarillo and Eukanot hops. With added milk sugar, it has a velvety smooth mouth feel. A fantastic NE-style IPA. ABV: 7.3%

Latte Larry's Coffee & Cocoa Blonde Stout

Looks like a light beer, drinks like a cup of the most delicious coffee! Conditioned on real Colombian Supremo beans, cocoa nibs, and lactose, it's a tasty pick me up, and at 13.0% ABV, it'll calm you down too! ABV: 13.0%
