Special Event Reservation Guidelines

Thanks for thinking of Parts & Labor to host your event! We hope we can accommodate your event and look forward to working with you. Please note that as we don’t close to the public during these events, we limit the number of guests to 40. This is the most we can accommodate comfortably while still servicing other patrons.

What you can bring:

We do allow for celebrations to bring cake or cupcakes. Please bring your own service ware such as plates, napkins and disposable silverware.

What we don’t allow:

No outside food or drinks. We are happy to provide you with a comprehensive menu full of meal options. Email kimberly@partsandlaborbrewing.com with inquiries.

Absolutely NO OUTSIDE ALCOHOL. This is in direct violation of our liquor licenses. Violations by any guest at your event can result in seizure of violating beverage and container, the individual(s) being escorted out, and depending on circumstance, cancelling the event altogether without refund. Please understand we have zero tolerance on this matter and violations are taken very seriously.

Decorations are limited to items placed on the tables. We do NOT allow confetti, glitter, silly string, decorations of explicit nature, or anything taped or fastened to the tables, walls, furniture or fixtures.

We do not allow events marketed toward conducting sales of any kind. No vendors, multi-level marketing, product demonstrations, or anything similar. Due to the manufacturing nature of our business, our licensure does not allow other business transactions conducted within our space. However, staff meetings, trainings, or other professional gatherings are allowed. Please feel free to reach out for clarification on this issue.

As a business focused on the sale of alcohol, we request the majority of guests at your event are over 21 years of age. Underage children are allowed with the company of THEIR guardian. For this reason, we no longer book birthday parties for anyone under 21, high school graduation parties, or baby showers.

Also, because of prior incidents in violation of these guidelines and other nefarious behavior, we no longer book class reunions of any size.

Guests are asked to respect other patrons at our business during special events. Please have guests remain in the areas reserved for their event. If not all areas reserved for your event are being used, we will open those spaces to other patrons. Please have all children seated within the reserved space as well, and not in separate areas such as our sofa areas.

Please note we require a $100 reservation fee for parties over 20 people Friday-Sunday. If the total tab for the event is over $400, the reservation fee will be used toward the tab, and is considered “refundable.” Reservations for these times are confirmed once either the fee is paid in full, or a credit card is on file for the reservation.
